specialized skill requiring not only knowledge of masonry repair and restoration,
but also a thorough knowledge of constructing scaffolding to access to chimney
tops in a safe and secure fashion. Needed too, is a clear understanding of what
caused the problem to begin with and the ability to design a repair that will
prevent reoccurrence.

Company was incorporate in 1983 (The Last Century) to provide
masonry repair and restoration services to homes, business and Institutions.

OUR SERVICES |
| Damage and
deterioration caused by water penetration in chimney walls and foundations
provides most of our work. Chimney repairs are our real specialty. We have,
as a result of experience, study and experimentation, devised methods of
correcting the principal failings of chimneys from roof flashing to crowns.
Stucco repairs to walls and chimneys are a growing part of our workload.
Re-directing ground water away from foundations has continued to be successful
with leaky basements. This involves regarding and drainage installation.
The repair of steps, walks pillars and other landscape masonry (dry-stone walls, etc.)
for new and old clients rounds out the balance of our activities.
